Responsibilities include:

Act as an Ambassador of Chicken Shack
Communication, tracking, training, and coaching all team members on achieving service and revenue goals as a team
Oversee all dining experiences including responding to guests questions, concerns and complaints
Maintaining brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
Develop, oversee, and assign tasks and positions to all team members and leaders
Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest services and food
Work with Owner and other senior leaders to execute our business strategy
Use management tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial problems
Identify trends and suggesting action plans for improvement
Monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals
Inventory management
Maintain regular and consistent and attendance and punctuality
Greet guests and make them feel comfortable and welcome

Qualifications:

Must be over the age of 18 years old.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Must have a form of transportation to and from work.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
